Q) Will you provide stone samples for me to take away?

Yes, though some samples might require additional sourcing.

Q) Can I look at the slab before cutting

Yes. We highly recommend you visit our showroom. Open from 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday and 10.00am – 4.00pm Saturday. See the contact page for more details.

Q) Will you visit us to make templates?

Our design team will make site visits throughout the project.

Q) Do you supply sinks and hobs?

We stock and can source a large range from high quality suppliers.

Q) Should all fittings be on-site at the time of the templating?

Yes, our designers require site access to make accurate measurements.

Q) Do I need to be present during your templating operation?

It is helpful with any queries that you or we may have throughout the project.

Q) Can my wall cupboard units be fitted in the meantime?

Yes. As long as cupboards do not sit on the worktops.

Q) Are the joints apparent?

Yes, although this will be masked by colour coding and matching the grain of the stone.

Q) Where do you put these joints?

We try to position them as unobtrusively as possible in order to have the best look possible.

Q) How do you recommend I fix the under-mounted sink/bowl?

We recommend that these are mounted onto wooden supports on the cabinet, however they can also be fixed onto the stone from underneath.

Q) Will you plumb-in my sink/basin?

Yes, but with prior separate arrangement. This service is available upon request.

Q) Do I need to seal my worktops again from time to time?

Yes. All natural stones are porous. We recommend that you seal at least twice a year.
